I was looking into the boxes of manuscripts earlier today and found this little note I kept inside one of the writing pads. Oh, how time flies!

Confront Your Myths

I have been reading a book on COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY and it is a very good book. I learn a lot from it. Among others is the importance to examine and confront out beliefs about ourselves and the world around us.

Let me share some of my views with you.

You are wrong if you believe that you are too old to begin a new career or job. One is never too old to go back and start over again. Always ask yourself this: 'Am I happy with my life? Am I doing what I love doing?' 

Yes, we may have made many choices before. Some could be wrong but we don't have to live with them forever. Always remember that we are all smart and talented in our very own ways and WE CAN DO ANYTHING in our lives. We must BE POSITIVE!
